Banking/Finance, Technology and Oil & Gas are the main sectors preferred by the fund. 94.23% of amount is invested in equities. 52 week high and low of NAV is Rs 53.55 and Rs 39.62 respectively. Rs 5,000 is the minimum investment. P.V.K. Mohan is the fund manager. Fund’s one year return is (-24.4) %. Nifty’s one year return is (-19.9) %. 2008 was an awful year for global capital markets. Nifty gave a negative return of 51% in the year. Fund also gave a negative return of 64.9% in that period. 2009 was a terrific year for Indian capital markets. Nifty gave 75% return in the year. Fund gave 75.6% return in that period. Fund gave 3.6% annualized return in the last three years.

ICICI Bank, Reliance Industries, ITC, Apollo Tyres, Infosys, Gujarat State Petronet, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, Lupin, Idea Cellular, Tata Consultancy Services, HDFC Bank and TVS Motor Company are the top holdings of the fund. Banking/Finance, Oil & Gas and Technology are the main sectors preferred by the fund. 97.45% of amount is invested in equities. 52 week high and low of NAV is Rs 27.18 and Rs 19.12 respectively. NAV of the fund closed at Rs 20.020 (22 October 2011).
